Fairfield Inn Jacksonville Orange Park

Everything was fabulous except for that kitchen help. The front desk staff was awesome. but that kitchen help really need some serious customer service training, He was not customer service friendly at all, He didn't smile, didnt greet the guest when they entered the diner, and just was just plain rude. I mentioned abouut the coffee being cold and he responded "it must not be too cold cause it's empty" . Well it was the Decaf coffee which he didn't bother to ask which it was. I did address with the front desk staff they were very nice and apologized. I had other family members staying here as well and they expressed the same concern about him not being polite and being rude. Just another opportunity for some addtional training and much room for growth.

The breakfast was very good. The staff was great. She went above and beyond d for me even though I was 2 minutes late getting to breakfast.

Grab and go was convenient. Food adequate. One bag had water but the other did not. Did not realize until down the road. Slept well and thought shower pressure was great!
